In the previous episode, Mitch Connor revealed to Cartman he knew who his father is. For the last 13 seasons, we were told that Cartman’s mother was a hermaphrodite. However, it turns out Cartman’s father was in that room 13 seasons ago.
Scott Tenorman’s Father is Cartman’s Father
Cartman goes back to Dr. Alphonse Mephisto’s laboratory to question him about who is father is. However, the gingers invade the laboratory and Cartman is taken to see the “Head Ginger.”
The head ginger turns out to be Scott Tenorman. In season 5, Cartman killed Scott’s parents and fed them to him in chili. Scott has been waiting all of these years to extract his revenge on Cartman.
During this time, he learned the identity of Cartman’s father, who is his father. Scott’s father was part of the Denver Broncos and had a one-night stand with Cartman’s mom. So Cartman killed his own father and fed him to his half brother all those years ago.
Cartman is distraught that he now has ginger genes inside of him. However, Mitch Connor consoles Cartman and tells him he also has Denver Bronco inside of him and that’s pretty cool.
Wow, what a reveal. Even though this part of the story was most likely made up just for this episode, it’s still unbelievable how everything fits perfectly into place.
Muhammad Bleeped Throughout Entire Episode
During the entire course of the episode, the word “Muhammad” was bleeped. At first, it appeared as if Matt Stone and Trey Parker were ridiculing all of the protesters from last week’s episode by self-censoring.
However, according to the NY Times, Comedy Central made these changes prior to airing the episode on Wednesday night. Trey and Matt released a statement on their website: “In the 14 years we’ve been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn’t stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central, and they made a determination to alter the episode.”
Not only was Muhammad bleeped, but the entire monologue at the end was bleeped despite not saying the word Muhammad at all. It appears protesters have gotten to Comedy Central.
Trey and Matt can make fun of Christianity, African American, gingers or any other group, but due to recent violent outbreaks Comedy Central did not want them to make fun of Muslims.
